Like most other 20-something, white women who live in Astoria and wear Warby Parker glasses, Jen is a comedian and actor in New York City. She will be appearing in the recurring role of “Alicia Hutton” in the sixth season of Netflix’s Orange is the New Black, which premieres summer 2018. A proud graduate of the improv program at the Upright Citizen’s Brigade Theatre, Jen has performed on NPR’s The Moth StorySLAM; at popular sell-out venues such as Littlefield, UCB, The Black Cat (DC), Bowery Poetry Club, The People’s Improv Theatre, and The Bell House; in the cafetoriums of various high schools; and at her dad’s retirement party. Jen, named a “2016 Comedian to Look Out For” by Mogul, has written an eight-episode TV series going into production in 2018. She is also an ordained wedding officiant and truly adores Kelly Clarkson.
